Less channels, this aid has 16, the B90 has 20.

Less sophisticated automatic function. The Audeo B70 still has great background noise reduction and functions automatically to adapt to your situation very well, just not quite as well as with the B90. Whether or not the B90 is worth the extra depends very much upon your lifestyle.
