The Signia Xperience 7X is the top of the line offering from Signia (previously Siemens).

The aids are reasonably advanced and have many of the features that you would expect from a top hearing aid manufacturer. The aids have a rechargeable version available and also are remotely programmable which is a "must" in these days of uncertainty as it enables the wearer to have the hearing aids adjusted from the comfort and safety of their own home without the need for a visit to the clinic.

Although the aids have many advanced features unfortunately there are other manufacturers who manage to handle background noise and feedback suppression more successfully than Signia.
