I cannot express how thrilled we are at the service this company have provided for my elderly grandfather. Gabriel Karrouze visited my grandad at his nursing home the very same day I called him. My grandad is 96 years old, blind and terribly frail so to lose his hearing as well left him in a dreadful world. His ears were in a very bad state but Gabriel didnt falter at the task and has visited him repeatedly over the last two weeks in a bid to get grandad hearing again, keeping me updated regularly (as we live 300 miles away from grandad). Today Gabriel succeeded and whilst it will take a little while to get used to sound again, grandad can hold a conversation with people in person or by telephone. From the initial consultation (for which he travelled a considerable distance to fit in with my schedule), through to final adjustments and fitting, Gabriel followed through on every single one of his promises, maintained regular contact to keep me updated and consistently presented in a professional, positive and friendly manner.
